How much does desktop or laptop diagnostics cost?
Zero! - all diagnostics are FREE. There are no hidden costs or "bench fees". There are no undisclosed fees.


Once we receive the computer, how long before it gets fixed?
Typical turnaround time is 24-hours. Additional time may be needed if special parts must be ordered or if there are unanticipated complications and circumstances in completing your repairs or service.


What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, U.S. Postal money orders, Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover, and PayPal. We do not accept checks.


When do I have to pay for repairs?
Payment is due after repairs are complete. If we can't repair your computer, you pay nothing. You may, however, make an advanced payment.


Do I get a Warranty?
Yes. Various hardware has differing warranties. DC Power Jack repairs are covered by our One Year UNLIMITED Parts and Labor Warranty. See our Warranty page.


If other things are wrong with the computer, do you automatically fix them?
No - we'll contact you FIRST prior to making any other repairs, than what you've agreed to.


If the computer isn't worth fixing, will you tell me?
Yes - if the cost to repair a computer is equal to or more than the cost of purchasing a new one, we will advise you of this PRIOR to performing any work.


If I don't want the computer back, will it cost me anything to have it disposed?
No - we can dispose of the computer at no cost to you. And if you have made a pre-payment, the payment will be refunded the same day.
